1. Adults-Only Matrimonial Service
KNSS Nair Matrimony is an adult matrimonial service. Children and persons who do not meet the applicable legal eligibility requirements for matrimonial use are not permitted to create or operate matrimonial profiles.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
KNSS Nair Matrimony prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexual solicitation involving minors and any attempt to use the platform to facilitate harm to a child.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited.
- Sexualisation, grooming or exploitation of minors is prohibited.
- Requests for or distribution of exploitative images or material involving children are prohibited.
- Trafficking, coercion or attempts to arrange unlawful sexual contact involving minors are prohibited.
3. Profile and Content Enforcement
Profiles or content suspected of involving a minor, child sexual abuse, exploitation or other serious safety violations may be restricted, removed, preserved for investigation or reported as appropriate.
4. Reporting Safety Concerns
Members who become aware of suspected child exploitation, grooming, unlawful content or another serious child-safety concern should immediately report the matter through the KNSS Nair Matrimony Help Center.
Where a child is in immediate danger, users should also contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Where required or permitted by applicable law, KNSS Nair Matrimony may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent law-enforcement, regulatory or child-protection authorities in connection with suspected child exploitation or abuse.
6. Safety Contact
Questions or reports concerning child safety may be submitted through the Help Center. Reports are reviewed with priority appropriate to the nature and seriousness of the concern.
